 This cartoon is in my book Feed Your Head. To the uninitiated, it might not be funny. However, whether it's medical or nutrition research, much of it is less than scientific. Just today, these three items (below) came across my smartphone. They discuss many topics. For example, the food we eat to screening tests (PSA, mammograms, & much more). Take the time to watch and listen to them. They might save you money or, no joke, your life. Because I have done the research, I have saved thousands of dollars, declined surgery, and tests that go beyond "basic" screening. If your health is important to you, you will find this information fascinating. All three items can be watched or heard on your smartphone. Of course, you are welcome to hang out here too. 1.
