Experts place their presentations on YouTube. In 2009, I started watching presentations about diet, health, and lifestyle issues. Thanks to all these video presentations, I was educated by knowledgeable people all over the world. This education resulted in losing weight, saving thousands of dollars in medical bills, and now I live a healthy lifestyle. Oh yeah, and since I discovered that losing weight is easy, I wrote a book about it: Feed Your Head.
