Thanks to all these video presentations, I was educated by knowledgeable people all over the world. This education resulted in losing weight, saving thousands of dollars in medical bills, and now I live a healthy lifestyle. Oh yeah, and since I discovered that losing weight is easy, I wrote a book about it: Feed Your Head. Of course, there's a tremendous amount of entertaining videos on YouTube.
