Actually, I have two secrets:

1. When I was researching Buried Treasures of the Web, I mentioned Post Secret to people. To my surprise, most people never heard of this wildly popular site. It's been around for a long time.

2. This site was slated to be in the current version of Buried Treasures of the Web. However, I had to yank it. Not because there's anything wrong with the site. It was another site that I paired with it. Secret exposed!

The Civil Rights Restorative Justice Project is working to document every racially motivated killing in the American South between 1930 and 1970. So far, they've documented about 350 cases. Most of the crimes received little attention when they were committed, and often, even the family members of the victims don't know how their relatives died.
