Many people are unaware that Google is tracking our every move. Of course, we love Google Maps. However, the combo platter of Google Maps and our cellphones allows Google to track us and maintain the history. Recently, I was looking at this mapping feature and there it was ... in 2013 a trip that I made to Florida with the hotel I stayed at.
Now multiply me by about 200-million and it's easy to see that Google has an incredible database of our whereabouts! Of course, not part of this "conversation" is our search history and YouTube views. Way back in 1984, we thought the government was "Big Brother". Hmm, maybe Google's new holding company should be called Big Brother and not Alphabet. Although, they do know everything about us from A - Z. For even more Internet gems, purchase Buried Treasures of the Web today. Comments are closed.
